ANIA – Polish Film Festival in America

An inspiring story about Ania Przybylska, a brave girl from Gdynia who loved life and dared to make her dreams come true. The documentary is built of interviews and never-before-seen footage from private archives portraying a woman who balanced her career and public appearance with family life. The movie also depicts a phenomenon of becoming a “star” of the actress without significant number of important roles.

KRYSTIAN KUCZKOWSKI
Born in Pińczów in 1985. Director of documentary films, author and publisher of television programs. Since 2008, an employee of TVP, initially associated with TVP Info and the Television Information Agency. Since 2018, the head of TVP Info news services, since 2019 the deputy director of TAI for TVP Info, since 2021 the program director of TVP.

MICHAŁ BANDURSKI
Born in 1988 in Ciechanów. Director of documentaries, TV shows and concerts. He graduated from the Stanisław Moniuszko Music School in Ciechanów. He holds a diploma from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science from the University of Warsaw. He studied film directing at the Warsaw Film School.
