SYNOPSIS
The story of Michalina Wislocka, the noted doctor who became the author of Poland’s most popular self-help book about love and sex. She made the impossible happen, opening wide the doors of Polish bedrooms. Cracking down on conservative stereotypes and omnipresent ignorance, Wislocka revolutionized the Polish sexual life, all with this one book. Dr. Wislocka’s story is told through several decades: the post-war 40’s, the Stalinist 50’s, and the Polish People Republic of the 70’s – which led to her writing and publishing “The Art of Loving”.
