Unknown photos, obtained from European film archives, make us realize the enormity of the war struggle that Poland had to undertake, just emerging from non-existence. The authors also managed to show the opinion of the world, which at the beginning was not in favor of Poles. A flattering opinion, which turned into an enthusiastic one, appeared only after the victorious offensive of Marshal Józef Piłsudski from the Wieprz River. The military effort, culminating in the Riga Peace, allowed the Poles to establish a new border in the East until 1939.
