Envoys from a neighboring country arrive in the capital to declare war. Preparations and mobilization of the population begin. Trains heading to the front are full of soldiers and military equipment. Finally, hostilities begin, involving not only infantry, but also artillery, tanks, and air forces. After long fights, the soldiers of the victorious army return home. It is a rare example of a pre-war Polish animated film. As the credits say: “This film is an experiment in which only ordinary, simple children’s toys were used.”
