33.PFFA OPENING SCREENING IS SOLD OUT! CHANGES IN SCREENING TIMES AND LOCATIONS

All invitations to the 33rd Polish Film Festival Opening Gala have been sold out. The festival opens with BACK THEN (ZUPA NIC), a new comedy by Knga Debska (These Daughters of Mine. Plan B, Playing Hard). On stage Q&A with director and producer Zbigniew Domagalski will follow the screening.

The VIP Opening Gala will take place in AMC Village Crossing 18 (7000 N. Carpenter Ave. & Central Ave., Skokie) on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 8:00 PM. All attendees will receive special gifts. The screening will be preceded by VIP Gala Reception at the Society for Arts (1112 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago) from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. It will be attended by celebrities of Polish and American cinema. Live music by Chicago’s favorite Rio Bamba.

Due to technical reasons PFFA screenings in AMC Village Crossing 18 on Saturday and Sunday, November 13 & 14 were moved. MAGNESIUM will be showed in the same location one week later, on Saturday, November 20 @ 9:00 PM.; earlier @ 7:00 PM. will be presented CUDAK. Screenings scheduled for November 14th are moved to Copernicus Center (5216 W. Lawrence Ave.) and Gallery Theatre (1112 N. Milwaukee Ave.). KILL IT AND LEAVE THIS TOWN will have its showing in Copernicus on Friday, November 19 @ 7:30 PM. while FOR NOW, FOR EVER will be showed in Copernicus on Friday, November 12 @ 7:30 PM. and in Gallery Theatre on Wednesday. November 23 @ 7:30 PM.

Both AMC Village Crossing 18 and Copernicus Center offer ample fee parking. Gallery Theatre has very limited parking with additional off-street spaces on Milwaukee Ave.
