The story of a forgotten, pioneering experiment of military psychologist Dr. Terelak, who studied the limits of human psyche in conditions of Antarctic isolation and could be considered one of the most unethical experimentalists. This turns out to be a story full of humor and irony, and a prologue for a reality yet to come. In the events that took place at the Polish polar base almost 40 years ago, the men experienced situations of isolation comparable to an interplanetary mission to Mars. The film reconstructs these events in the context of that epoch.
